Red Bull: The Stash!! (Sara Kennedy)

Red Bull is launching their new program, The Stash, tomorrow!

The Stash is a new campaign to help promote the Red Bull Energy Shots. The strategy of the campaign is to have every Student Brand Manager and Wiiings Team member plant "stashes" of Red Bull Energy Shots throughout their surrounding area. The Student Brand Managers (SBM) will focus on their campus' and their "target" area surrounding the school. Then the Wiiings Team will come in and plant stashes throughout the entire district (For example: Wiiings Team, New Haven Chapter will focus on New Haven, and down to the New York Line).

Each SBM and Wiiings Team member will hide numerous cases through the next month. Followers on the Red Bull Facebook page (Facebook.com/RedBull) will be able to look up their area, and the clue left by the SBMs or "Wiiingers" in order to find where the stash was hidden. When the stashes are found the person who found it must redeem the code on the box so Red Bull knows it was found, also so the person becomes part of the running of the GRAND PRIZE STASH (which is yet to be announced). If there is a unlucky person who happens to get to the secret hiding place of the stash after the winner, there will be another code left behind for the person to enter into the grand prize running. Overall more than 3,000 stashes of Red Bull Energy Shots will be hidden nationally.

The Stash is a great way to not only promote the new Red Bull Energy Shot, but to continue Red Bull's brand trait of mysterious and out of the ordinary. Also by having a campaign like The Stash hopefully consumers will continue, or build a loyalty to the brand for continuously being creative and fun.
